Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of the legal regime of the use of natural resources in the field of management. The legal base and normative legal acts regulating the legal mode of using natural resources by economic entities are analyzed. The main disadvantages are identified and ways of improving the use of natural resources in economic activity are proposed.
