ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РЕФОРМУВАННЯ СИСТЕМИ ОРГАНІВ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ВЛАДИ В ЧЕСЬКІЙ РЕСПУБЛІЦІ

Abstract
The present article is devoted to learning Czech experience in the sphere of strengthening of consolidated democracy. The conclusion of the author is that Czech Republic can be considered as consolidated democracy, because it corresponds to main indicators. During the post-socialist period in the Czech Republic confirmed attitude to democracy as the best political regime. Institutional design of national and local power structures that was selected at the beginning of 1990 is described as the important precondition of democratic consolidation in Czech Republic during the following decade. The parliament model of power distribution is analyzed as those that responds to the political traditions of Czech society and, together with the local decentralization, is able to predict political crisis.
