Особливості самоефективності педагогічних працівників загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів. (Features of self-efficacy of teaching staff of secondary educational institutions)

Abstract

The article presents the results of empirical research on self-efficacy of teaching staff of secondary schools. The author analyzes socio-demographic and organizational features of professional self-efficacy teaching staff of secondary schools and discusses the types of secondary school teaching staff's self-efficacy (general, activity-related, social) in gender dyad and official status in the educational institution. The author also analyzes the ontogenetic dynamics of teaching staff's general self-efficacy, the sociodemographic, organizational and professional aspects of self-efficacy as well as the relationships between the characteristics of teaching staff's self-efficacy and micro-level factors. The investigation found statistically significant correlations between the socio-demographic and organizational characteristics of teaching staff's professional self-efficacy and their general, activity-related and social self-efficacy.
