Abstract
Introduction and purpose of the research: research of peculiarities of the interaction of vocational and higher education in conditions of the formation of the innovative economy of Ukraine is conducted, the state and dynamics of changes in the number of vocational schools and number of higher educational institutions, and graduated skilled workers and specialists in the last 25 years ware analyzed. At this stage of socio-economic development and international integration, the intensification of innovation processes should promote the development of vocational and higher education in order to increase the level of competitiveness of domestic education. The purpose of the research is to analyze factor indicators that objectively reflect the general state of the educational services market in the context of vocational education. Methods of research: in the course of the research, the following general scientific and special methods were used: scientific generalization and systematization - to determine features of the modern market of educational services in the context of vocational education; comparative analysis - to compare scientific approaches to determine the role of innovation and their impact on vocational education; system analysis - to identify factors of influence on the educational services market; transformation - for structuring statistical data concerning determination of the state of the market of educational services; logical generalization - to explain results of the research. Results: the state and dynamics of changes in the number of vocational schools and number of higher educational institutions, and skilled workers and specialists during the last 25 years ware analyzed. Modern tendencies of the labor market in the context of the structure of vacancies by professional groups ware substantiated. Conclusions: conducted research of peculiarities of interaction of vocational and higher education in conditions of the formation of the innovative economy of Ukraine makes it possible to elaborate measures for the development of vocational education in the future, which will take into account requirements of the modern labor market in order to reduce the imbalance between available vacancies and graduated specialists.
