Abstract
This article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence of education as a key component in the professional development of the individual in the system of institutions of vocational education. The paradigm of modern human life is based on the integrated principles of thinking, since in the conditions of technological progress there is a clear need for the development of new forms and methods of learning. Therefore, many scientific works of the XXI century are devoted to the introduction of innovations into the educational process, because they simplify and increase the efficiency of the work of scientists. And in modern conditions, new benchmarks are needed for those who are studying and for those who teach, since teachers of vocational education institutions have to educate not just professionals of their work, but also motivated, capable of critical thinking in any difficult situations, as well as those who are not afraid to take responsibility.
