This paper mentions the opinions and suggestions from the panel discussion about “Standardization of The Otolaryngology Residency Programs” at “The 39. National Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Congress”. Problems in otolaryngology residency programs and possible solution suggestions were expressed by residents, specialists and trainers.
