Overcoming the legal gaps in the constitutional law

Abstract
The article analyzes the possibility of overcoming legal gaps in the constitutional law by applying the analogy of the law. It is emphasized that if the application of analogy leads to an increase in the powers of state authorities, then the formal obstacle to its application is Article 19.2 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
