PAR TICULAR LEGA L ASPECTS OF PAR T-TIME WORK IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article has studied some problems of the legal regulation of part-time work in higher educational institutions. In the process of analyzing the relevant provisions of the draft Labor Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education» and other legislative acts, inaccuracies and contradictions have been revealed. The author has offered suggestions on their elimination and improvement.
