Paradigm Shift in Design of Tongue Condoms for Genitals or Anal Foreplay and Oral Intercourse: The Game Changer Approach-Phase four Category

Abstract
This article in the Azuberth’s Game Changer publications series is directed at personal health care for protection against STDs and bacterial infections associated with using mouth, lips, or tongue, to stimulate a partner’s genitals or anus “oral sex” i.e. innovation of ultimate revolutionized new generation of preventive tongue condoms and pacifier mouth frame gadgets for genitals or anal foreplay and oral intercourse. Generations ago, oral sex was considered taboo, now it’s a pretty mainstream type of sexual activity for all kinds of couples (especially, homosexuals, lesbians, and gay marriage), provided both parties consent to the activity. This might involve fellatio (mouth-to-penis i.e. sucking or licking the penis), cunnilingus (mouth-to-vagina i.e. sucking or licking the vagina, vulva, or clitoris), or anilingus (mouth-to-anus i.e. sucking or licking the anus). According to the “Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Trusted Source”, 85% of sexually active adults aged 18 to 44 reported having oral sex with at least one partner of the opposite sex. Much like the traditional sex, oral sex can spread “Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) a.k.a. Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs)”, such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, trichomoniasis and human papillomavirus (HPV), etc. through the giver or receiver of oral sex (i.e. either partner can contract and/or spread STIs). For instance, an HPV infection of the throat can lead to throat cancer, the same way HPV can lead to cervical cancer. Recent statistic revealed that “There are 1 million new STIs diagnosed every day and 80 million unplanned pregnancies per year”. Although condoms are 98 percent effective at preventing both STIs and unwanted pregnancy (birth control purposes), they are often avoided because people have the idea that they reduce sensation (feel). Notably, only about “5% of men worldwide” use them. The male regular/traditional condoms (in use for penis-in-vagina sex) have been around for thousands of years (dating back to as early as 1642), and in that time have been made of linen, goat’s bladders, animal intestines, vulcanised rubber, and more recently, latex, medical grade silicone, plastics like polyurethane, polyisoprene, or nitrile. And the conventional female condoms available in the market (dating back to 1990’s) are usually made from materials safe for people with latex allergies, such as polyurethane or polyisoprene. When a man is on the receiving end of oral sex- via fellatio, the one familiar and simple option is to use the conventional male condom, which much like it’s originally design use will effectively prevent both skin-to-skin and fluid-to-fluid contacts. But unfortunately, by its configuration, the conventional female condom is not safely suitable for oral sex when a woman is on the receiving end- via cunnilingus. The first approach for women, who want to safely receive oral pleasure, was achieved by using the dental dams (invented in 1864) originally designed for dentists to use to work on patients teeth while protecting their gums and oral cavities (i.e. use it to isolate teeth that need dental treatment). Idealy, the first customized tongue condom configurations was invented and patented by Lawrence S. Burr, Kenneth Matsumura; as well as Paula A. Bloodsaw from 1989 to 1994. The device includes an ear fastener and curved flange, a tubular member formed of thin, pliant, impervious material, which extend outwardly from the flanges and the mouth, so that the tongue of the wearer may be extended into the tubular member to perform cunnilingus without making direct contact with the vulva. The second customized tongue condom configurations is the most recently (in 2022), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Lorals underwear “bikini” and “shortie” made with flexible, stretchy, ultra-thin material for cunnilingus and rimming performance. Although the underwear is more like dental dam (i.e. similarly covers the vulva/vagina directly), they are sexier than the dental dams. These condoms specifically configured for oral sex, that are currently available in the market, still have some major inherent drawbacks associated with there production material and applicational mode. This work is targeted at the development of wears and couplings for all the types of oral sex due to the present overwhelming human beings paradigm shift from the traditional “penis-in-vagina penetration” sexual activity to “oral sex cunnilingus” (mouth-to-vagina), which is highly driven by womens extra-ordinary desire for sexual pleasure i.e. multiple orgasm. Fundamentally, the proposed oral condoms configurations are formulated using concepts that mimic the conventional lips masks i.e. the lips patch a.k.a. dolls lips or embroidered lips patches or lips stamps designs or the conventional snore pacifiers, with the cutout in the middle of the conventional lips mask or pacifier frame (i.e. small opening/gap between the upper and lower lips) replaced/occupied with a small size non- tubular/non-protruding/non-rigid (flat, mildly sagged, mildly folded or curved out horizontally or multiple horizontal folds, etc.) elastic sheath made with {latex rubber or synthetic plastics like polyurethane, polyisoprene, or nitrile; medical grade silicone; ultrathin 2-dimensional nanomaterials (nanosheets); bio-celluse, and hydro-gel, etc. in variety of colors}, materials such that it can extend as much as the tongue is pushed out, lapping/fitting perfectly to the size and shape of the projected tongue and springs back as the tongue withdraws into the mouth. For instance, when the innovated tongue condom is worn, the mild sagging configuration is just about the size of the nipple tip that collects the semen in the convensional male condom. Also, it incorporates an element of the face patches outfit to enable it stick firmly on the entire periphery of the mouth and the adjoining mouth region, forming a flexible mouth shield and at the same time allows the mouth to open as wide as it desires as the tongue is projected out (1 to 3 inches) and moved around (down, up, left, right, forward or folded). This “makes everything seem perfectly natural” for both the receiver and the wearer. It may include non-toxic flavors and lubrication such as mango, banana, strawberry and any conceivable sweet tastes such that, the wearer feels like leaking those instead of pussy, as enhancements to oral intercourse. Designed with small or tiny straws (that looks like whiskers), which, extends to the chick, to cushions mouth odor i.e. when the wearer talk or cough the odor goes out through the straws and evaporates around the chicks. Furthermore, the various configurations could incorporate nasal protection or nose defender apparatus {usually, a small detachable nasal fabric mask or elastic rubber with nasal filter or plastic frame slip-in-filter with a slot for replacable filtersdisposable or sanitized for reuse}. Semilarly, the replacable nasal filters could be aromatized to produce pleasant refreshing sweet-smells or fragrant if desired in any particular environment or situation.
