Journal Title: Acta Economica - Year 2007, Vol 5, Issue 6
Abstract
The modern business managing imposes a need for improvement of the existing measuring systems for successful business operation of a company and discovering the new ones. However, it has to be said there is not only one universal and all-inclusive pattern for the measuring system of successful business operation of a company. That is a reason why several different methods and criteria should be combined. This applies primarily to Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Activity Based Costing (ABC) and Balanced Score Card (BSC).
