Pathomorphosis of main tyropathies (review of literature and own observations)

Abstract

The article presents the data of literature review and own observations on the problem of pathomorphosis of the main thyroid diseases under the influence of ecological, radiation, age, hormonal and medical and preventive factors, which have interdisciplinary value and significantly complicate the diagnostic and treatment process. The authors conducted an analysis of the literature review and own observations in order to identify the features of the clinical course and prognosis of major thyropathies under the influence of exo- and endogenous factors. Based on the data of the literature review and own observations, an important problem of pathomorphosis of the main thyroid diseases which are characterized by a significant prevalence, often with an atypical course, is considered. Acquaintance with the features of this pathology is important, foremost for general practitioners — family doctors who are among the first to be faced with a variety of pathomorphoses of major thyropathies.
