ПАТОГЕНЕТИЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ТЕРАПІЇ ХВОРИХ ІЗ ТЕРАПЕВТИЧНО РЕЗИСТЕНТНИМИ НЕВРОТИЧНИМИ ДЕПРЕСИВНИМИ РОЗЛАДАМИ

Abstract
Complex differentiated treatment, taking into account the clinical features of neurotic depressive disorders has proven pharmaco- and psychotherapeutic interventions, because they had an impact on cognition and affective, have contributed to a positive attitude to treatment and reduce expressions disorders. Therapeutic efficacy of psychopharmacotherapeutic interventions was evaluated while treating patients with neurotic depressive disorders. The findings showed that pharmaco- and psychotherapeutic interventions has a positive effect on mental and somatic condition of the patients, without significant side effects, which promotes a positive attitude to the therapy.
