Abstract
The peculiarities and typical difficulties of conducting procedural actions during the criminal proceedings by the heads of diplomatic representation and consular offices of Ukraine are considered and analyzed in the article. Particular attention is paid to the investigation of the system of permissible criminal procedural actions, the timing and order of their conduct in diplomatic representation and consular offices of Ukraine. The shortcomings of legal regulation of procedural actions in diplomatic representation and consular offices of Ukraine are highlighted, proposals on their elimination are developed.
