Peculiarities and Prospects of Continuing Training in the Staffing System of the Marketing Activities of Enterprises

Abstract
The article is devoted to the urgent topic of research of peculiarities and prospects of continuing training in the staffing system of the marketing activities of enterprises. On the basis of the method of morphological analysis, synthesis of the most common definitions the essence of the concept of "continuing training" has been grounded. One of the most important features of a modern system of staffing is the growing importance of the competence of experts at the enterprises involved in implementation of marketing activities. In the article it is proved that the continuing training of marketing specialists allow providing professional mobility of specialists, the operational gaining and updating by them of the necessary knowledge and competences. The implementation of the program of continuing training will allow for a long term ensuring the preservation and development of intellectual and staff potential of organizational marketing structures at the enterprises with a significant increase in the quality of training marketers.
