Peculiarities of appeal by public prosecutor of the court of first appearance verdict delivered as a result of consideration of proceedings under simplified procedure

Abstract
This paper presents urgent problems of appeal by Public Prosecutor of the Court of first appearance verdict delivered as a result of consideration of criminal case under simplified procedure. The author found out, that correlation between the nowadays procedural law and practice from Public Prosecutor to observe strictly legality, especially, with regard to the appellation of verdicts, delivered under simplified procedure. The grounds are as follows: incorrect application of the criminal responsibility laws and substantial violations of the criminal procedural law.
