PECULIARITIES OF COURT CONSIDERATION OF THE CASES ON DEFENSE OF DIGNITY OF A WORKER

Abstract
The article analyzes the civil-law methods of protection of human dignity that is applied by courts in appropriate cases. Peculiarities of consideration by courts of Affairs about protection of the dignity of the worker. The author on the basis of empirical data are studied most common forms of humiliation of the dignity of the worker during the performance of official duties.
