Abstract
The article analyzes the phenomenon of professional estrangement and presents the results of a study of the influence of the poly motivational tendencies on the manifestation of professional estrangement among employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Empirically proven differences in the motivational tendencies of rescuers with different work experience.
