PECULIARITIES OF ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS ECOLOGISTS FROM DISCIPLINES OF SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICAL CYCLE

Abstract
Given article deals with organization peculiarities of educational process in higher school training of specialists in the specialty of "Ecology". The main ways are: creation and solving of production ecological situations, practical ecological tasks, use of professionally directed research tasks, problems of ecological content of inorganic chemistry and use of nonconventional ecological methods.Based on analysis of educational standard and interviews of teachers of ecological disciplines of higher educational institutions, it is grounded necessity of introducing innovative technologies in teaching process of ecological disciplines. It is considered application of creative pedagogical methods of teaching in the process of studying the discipline of "Biogeochemistry", as well as a method of training aimed at using research tasks in the scientific activity of future environmental specialists .Natural and scientific training takes main place training specialists in the specialty of "Ecology" and gives a person an idea of the world in which he/she lives, about his/her place and role in this world; promotes formation of a natural and science worldview which is an integral part of universal culture; it is a basis for mastering disciplines of the cycle of professional and practical training and mastering future profession. The key of effective natural and science training of students ecologists is development of scientifical methodology and determining conditions of its effective implementation. Given article also substantiates organization of educational process of future ecologists will be effective providing following pedagogical conditions: updating content of natural and scientific training; introduction of innovative teaching technologies using production educational environments providing opportunity to create and solve industrial environmental situations and professional orientation of research tasks providing opportunity of self-education and implementation of an individual educational trajectory; teacher ability to carry out educational process using modern educational technologies, to create conditions for manifestation of independence, initiative and creativity of students; formation of partner relations between students and teacher.
