PECULIARITIES OF ORGANIZATION OF PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION OF FINANCING OF TERRORISM

Abstract
In the article activity of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine regarding organization of terrorism financing pretrial investigation is researched. It is established that efficiency in organization of terrorism financing pretrial investigation involves systemic cooperation of law enforcement bodies and State Service of Financial Monitoring of Ukraine as specially authorized body of executive power on issues of financial monitoring. It is specified that organization of terrorism financing pretrial investigation has a set of features, essential aspects, acquires specific patterns, and knowledge of these specifications allows investigators and operatives to fight against these crimes. The understanding of investigative leads essence, process of its formation, role of planning and cooperation of subjects in organization of terrorism financing pretrial investigation, in complex investigative environment is important condition of professional mastership and skills of investigators and operatives. And this, in turn, allows to organize activity on pretrial investigation of such crimes in skilled and complete manner.
