PECULIARITIES OF SAFETY IN ROAD TRANSPORT DURING TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS IN URBAN AND INTERURBAN TRANSPORT

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine certain aspects of ensuring safety in road transport during transportation of passengers in urban and intercity transport are considered. The necessity of complex measures aimed at ensuring safety in road transport during transportation of passengers on urban and interurban transport is emphasized.
