PECULIARITIES OF THE INTERNATIONAL TREATIES INTERPRETATION BY THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE

Abstract
The article examines the peculiarities of the interpretation of international treaties by the International Court of Justice, identifies institutional features, composition, procedural principles, basic conditions for decision-making and fulfilling duties by judges while taking into account subjective factors leading to one or another interpretative result.
