PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF READINESS FORMATION OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY IN THE INSTITUTIONS OF SOCIAL SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY

Abstract

The essence of the concept of future social workers’ readiness for professional activity in the institutions of social services for the elderly has been précised. Pedagogical conditions of readiness formation of future social workers for the professional activity in the institutions of social services for the elderly have been determined, including motivating and stimulating of teaching and learning activity of students for active involvement in so- cial work with old people through the mediation of volunteer work; the usage of interactive teaching methods for the social work’ design with the elderly; organization of students’ practical activity through student online community “Social Geriatrics”.
