Pengaruh Pelatihan Outbound terhadap Peningkatan Kohesivitas Tim Tenaga Kependidikan

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the extent of the effect of training on team cohesiveness. Research subjects consisted of 25 educational personnel. This research is an experimental research with pretest and posttest design model using experimental groups (one-group pretest-posttest design). Research subjects treated with a form of training outbound training methods. Measurements were taken before the training takes place by using 45 statements contained in team cohesiveness scale, and one month after treatment. The measured results showed that the training undertaken an impact on team cohesiveness. There is an increased team cohesiveness after being given training.
