Pengembangan sistem pendaftaran pasien rumah sakit umum X Malang Tahun 2017

Abstract
Abstract: Waiting time is an important component in the service of the hospital and is the first gate that plays an important role in providing a good first impression for patients. Queuing at long and long registration booths causes ineffective overall patient care and makes patients uncomfortable, ulti- mately patient satisfaction will be low. This study aims to identify the factors that cause the waiting time for registration services at RSU X Malang. The study was conducted from September 2017 to October 2017.Data was collected with a literature study, observations with observation sheets and interviews with the registration section, poly nurses, emergency nurses and public relations departments. The data shows that the waiting time of General X Hospital registration services is quite long. Matters affecting the waiting time include the absence of Standard Operating Procedures; the patient must fill in the registration form, the registration desk job officer is still duplicate, the room is limited; patient files are incomplete; limited amount of power; no queuing machine; printers sometimes have problems. To shorten the waiting time for services, it is necessary to develop a patient registration system at General Hospital X Malang by making clear paths and information for patients, adding energy to the information section and providing Standard Operatin Procedures (SPO) for patient registration. Keywords: waiting time, registration serviceof patient Abstrak: Waktu tunggu merupakan komponen penting dalam pelayanan si rumah sakit dan merupakan pintu gerbang pertama yang berperan penting dalam memberikan kesan pertama yang baik bagi pasien. Antrian di loket pendaftaran yang panjang dan lama menyebabkan tidak efektifnya pelayanan pasien secara keseluruhan dan membuat pasien tidak nyaman, pada akhirnya kepuasan pasien akan rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan lamanya waktu tunggu pelayanan pendaftaran di RSU X Malang. Penelitian dilakukan mulai September 2017 sampai dengan Oktober 2017.Data dikumpulkan dengan study literature, pengamatan dengan lembar observasi dan wawancara dengan bagian pendaftaran, perawat poli, perawat IGD dan bagian humas. Data menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu pelayanan pendaftaran Rumah Sakit Umum X tergolong lama. Hal yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu antara lain belum adanya Standar Prosedur Operasional; pasien harus mengisi formulir pendaftaran, job desk petugas pendaftaran masih rangkap, keterbatasan luas ruangan; berkas pasien tidak lengkap; jumlah tenaga terbatas; tidak ada mesin antrian; printer kadang bermasalah. Untuk mempersingkat waktu tunggu pelayanan perlu dilakukan pengembangan sistem pendaftaran pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum X Malang dengan membuat alur dan informasi yang jelas bagi pasien, menambah tenaga di bagian informasi dan menyediakan Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) pendaftaran pasien.
