Perceptions of Safety Climate in the Air Traffic Control Facilities in China.

Abstract
This paper uses survey to assess air traffic controllers’ perceptions of organization safety strategy and safety behavior outcome in China. The survey was taken from four Chinese air traffic control facilities across the country. The survey was constructed based on safety culture pyramid theory and measured safety behavior, safety climate, safety strategies, and safety value in organizations. This paper studies the safety culture in Chinese air traffic controllers as a whole group as well as compares the difference between different regions.
