ПЕРЕВАНТАЖУВАЛЬНІ КОМПЛЕКСИ ПОРТІВ ЯК ОСНОВА ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЇХ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ

Abstract

N. Potapova, V. Onishchenko. Reloading complexes of ports as the basis of increase of their competitiveness. In article it is underlined that transport area it is necessary to consider manufacture which appreciably defines competitiveness of national economy as a basis. In transport system of the sea state the weighty part is played by a sea complex. A basis of competitiveness of seaports is expansion of their industrial potential which is formed directly on the basis of universal reloading complexes with the elevating crane the scheme of mechanisation of cargo works. The condition and productivity of work of park of portal cranes of seaports of Ukraine is analysed. Results of monitoring of structure and a technical condition of park of port cranes on separate ports during 2006-2012 are presented influence of port capacities and their condition on indicators of work of ports Is established and profitability of an overload and efficiency of use of a fixed capital of leaders of port area of Ukraine is analysed. Economic efficiency of activity of ports by means of an indicator of profitability which shows confident growth in a three of leaders is calculated and exceeds, on the average, 30 %. The factor of deterioration of a fixed capital of ports is analysed. The conclusion is drawn on necessity of system updating of the basic means of port most significant of which is the elevating crane the equipment which overall performance directly influences financial result and competitiveness of port as a whole. It is underlined that formation of a policy of updating of the port equipment should be carried out taking into account existing features of dynamics of a cargo turn. Considerably improve a situation realisation of projects concerning park updating the elevating crane the equipment by replacement physically and the obsolete technics can, namely use of the mobile port cranes, which choice is proved as on productivity, and economic efficiency.
