Perspective directions of use of information technologies in the activity of tourist enterprises in Ukraine

Abstract
The subject of the study is the key trends in the use of modern information technologies in the economic activities of enterprises of tourism business. The purpose of the study is to determine the prospects and possible directions of the use of information technologies in the activities of tourism enterprises. Research methods. The work uses the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, the method of data generalization. Results of work. The paper highlights the main perspective directions of use modern information technologies of tourist enterprises and outlines the means of use modern information technologies in the economic activity of tourist enterprises. Conclusions. The results of the conducted study were follows conclusions: four main directions of perspective use of modern information technologies in the activities of tourism enterprises are identified: automation of internal business processes; informational and consulting, statistical and marketing and informational support of economic activities of tourist enterprises; comprehensive informational and promotional support for the promotion of the tourism product through the use of its own website; comprehensive use of the possibilities of global and regional booking systems.
