Perspectives on the fundamentals of Ayurveda practice

Abstract
The Ayurveda is a system of traditional Indian medicine that was considered by the World Health Organization (WHO), which is subordinate to the United Nations, a system of complementary medicine. This paper seeks to be a personal study of the contribution of transdisciplinary practice of Ayurveda to promote a healthy life for all people, in all ages, in order to complement the conventional medical system.
