PERSPECTIVES TO THE PROBLEM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OF WOMEN AND MODELS OF MULTI-AGENCY WORKING IN TACKLING THIS PHENOMENON: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract
This article presents literature review of different perspectives from which the phenomenon of domestic violence of women can be considered. It covers approaches to the problem of domestic violence from health perspective, feminist perspective and policy perspective. In considering the phenomenon from policy perspective, the review stresses the importance of multi-agency working or multi-agency partnerships that means participation of different social services, such as NGOs, voluntary organizations, criminal systems, community level social organizations in tackling domestic violence of women. Moreover, the article shows various models of multi-agency working on the community level and broader models, including their good practices.
