Phenomenology of domestic violence in Ukraine and the European Union

Abstract
The phenomenology of domestic violence in Ukraine and the European Union are researched. The concept of domestic violence is considered. It was analyzed the present state and approaches to the definition of domestic violence in the legislation and practice of Ukraine and the European Union.
