PHILOSOPHICAL AND LEGA L RESEAR CH INTENTIONALITY AS ONE OF THE LEAD ING CATEGORIES OF PHENOMENOLOGY

Abstract
This article provides research and analysis of intentionality as one of the leading categories of phenomenology. It was found that the mind is focused on constant and continuous communication with the subject, and in part to the outside world in the phenomenology called intentionality. The very act of perception of an object is performed by the concept object (phenomenon), over which the mind performs a number of operations that characterized the part of the mind. That’s why intentionality – this is the form of the transformation of the phenomenon (the subject), external or untreated (not reflective in relation to consciousness) of the world. which is the act of thinking is transformed into “internal” structure of consciousness.
