Photonic Crystal Fibers

Abstract
The article is about photonic crystal fibers. First are mentioned building of photonic crystal fibers and ways of light wave guiding. In the next part of article are presented abilities in birefringent optical fibers. Later are described control of chromatic dispersion, nonlinear optics and high power lasers. The last section of article is about hollow core photonic crystal fibers.
