Phylogenetic evolution of 10 rhizobia isolates <br /> by 16S rDNA sequences<br />

Abstract

In order to determine the scientific name and classification position of several strains of rhizobia in our lab, 10 strains are selected. 16S rDNA sequences are amplified and sequenced by the method of molecular biology. The sequences of typed and selected strains are analyzed using bioinformatics software, obtaining phylogenetic tree of Rhizobia. Combination with physiological biochemical results, all the tested strains are analyzed on taxonomy position and phylogenetic evolution. So bioinformatics used in taxonomy of microbiology has important scientific significance.
