Abstract
The article describes the legal characteristics of the concept of the qualification of an employee and its relationship to the notion of the quality of the workforce of an employee, in the context of his dismissal in case of systematic failure to perform or improper performance of work duties without valid reasons and to identify inconsistencies in the position held or work performed. The question of a possible normative consolidation of the concept of the quality of the labor force, labor productivity, competitiveness of the employee was studied.
