PLANIRANJE I EVALUACIJA RAZVOJA SPORTSKE ORGANIZACIJE

Abstract
Savremeno okruženje menadžmenta. Poslednja decenija, pogotovo posle “eksplozije Interneta” (1995) u poslovnom okruženju sportskih organizacija nastupile su značajne promene. Umesto relativno stabilnih uslova (sa finansijskom podrškom države, društvenih fondova i sl.) sportske organizacije su se našle u izrazito nestabilnom i neizvesnom okruženju. U tako izmenjenim okolnostima poznavanje strategijskog planiranja i sposobnost sportskih menadžera da takvo planiranje primenjuju postaje kritično. Glavni razlog što se mnoge delatnosti, u tome i sport, suočavaju sa nestabilnim poslovnim okruženjem, predstavljaju unapređenja obrade informacija i telekomunikacije. Zajedno s time, unapređenja transporta i rast inostranih ekonomija (posebno Evropa i Azija) stvorile su globalno tržište i redefinisale su neke delatnosti. Sport spada u takve delatnosti. Savremeni sportski događaji – od šampionata do Olimpijade – dobili su obeležja mega-događaja kojima, posredstvom TV i Interneta, prisustvuje “globalno selo”.
