Play on words and with words: political evaluative hashtags in French Twitter-discourse (based on hashtag coverage of French election campaign in 2014)

Abstract
The article explores peculiarities of French evaluative hashtags formed on the basis of proper names in propaganda and counter-propaganda political Twitter-discourse, as well as analyzes manipulative potential of such hashtags and their role in tweets.
