PNEUMO HYDRAULIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM

Abstract

Experimental-industrial tests of a prototype of a pneumatic hydraulics system at the Kemerovo CHP plant were carried out. During the analysis of the production, the installation site of the equipment for pneumohydraulic irrigation was chosen. Place of installation - fuel transport shop, gallery of horizontal conveyors (belt conveyors) No. 3А and 3Б. The evaluation of activities to reduce the air and dust in industrial work areas in a plant where conducted pilot tests. The analysis of the applied (stationary) hydraulic irrigation system is given and its efficiency and impact on the raw materials are established. The design of the control unit and the unit of nozzles of the pneumatic hydraulics system is considered. Outlined the principle of their work. The design of the nozzle for pneumohydroirrigation of the third modification is given. Measurements of the dust content of the air before the operation of the pneumatic-hydraulic system and after its activation were made. The effectiveness of the pneumohydroirrigation system is established. It has been established that the dust content of the air decreases with the introduction of pneumohydraulic irrigation from 142 to 32 mg/m3. The use of aero-hydrodynamic method of dedusting air reduces the water consumption and improves the sanitary and hygienic working conditions in the enterprise. According to the test results, recommendations and suggestions were given for the further operation of the pneumohydroirrigation system. The implementation of the developed recommendations will reduce the dust content of air at workplaces and technological areas to values close to the maximum allowable concentrations.
