Podwójny obustronny płat mięśniowo- śluzówkowy policzka w rekonstrukcjach podniebienia twardego

Abstract
Ograniczone ubytki w obrębie jamy ustnej leczone z wykorzystaniem lokalnych uszypułowanych płatów z policzka, pozwalają zachować funkcję operowanego narządu. Większe ubytki zlokalizowane w linii środkowej podniebienia twardego można zrekonstruować przy użyciu podwójnego płata policzkowego. Celem pracy było przedstawienie metodyki pobrania płata oraz wyników leczenia w grupie 15 chorych, u których wykonano rekonstrukcję ubytków w jamie ustnej. U jednego chorego (ze względu na rozległość zmiany miejscowej) wykorzystano podwójny śluzówkowomięśniowy płat policzkowy. Niewielkie rozmiary płata, możliwość zastosowania go w postaci podwójnej wyspy przy bardziej rozległych ubytkach, a także krótki czas zabiegu ograniczają ryzyko powikłań okołooperacyjnych, dzięki czemu stanowią one skuteczną metodę leczenia w obrębie jamy ustnej.
