POKOLENIE Y WYZWANIEM DLA DZIAŁÓW HR

Abstract
Celem artykułu jest próba odpowiedzenia na pytanie, jakie są największe wyzwa-nia stojące przed działami HR w związku z pojawieniem się na rynku pracy pokolenia Y, które ukształtowało się w wyniku zmian dokonujących się w społeczeństwie, kulturze, a także w związku z nieustannym i dynamicznym rozwojem technologicznym. Analizie poddana zostanie literatura przedmiotu, artykuły w czasopismach branżowych oraz wyniki badań, które były już w tym za-kresie przeprowadzone. Następnie przedstawione zostaną przykłady sytuacji, w których obecność pokolenia Y na rynku pracy przekłada się bezpośrednio na pracę działów personalnych i na ko-nieczność dokonania przez nie zmian w zakresie prowadzonej polityki kadrowej.
