POLICY OF CULTURAL DIPLOMACY IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL CHANGES: UKRAINIAN DIASPORA IN MODERN SPAIN

Abstract
The article represents on the example of modern Spain that cultural diplomacy makes it possible to convey to foreign audiences the important issues of the country in terms of art and culture. Ukrainians living abroad have long realized the effectiveness of cultural diplomacy. It is true, though amateur network of cultural diplomacy of our country. Every day Ukrainian foreign public organizations selflessly work to promote the image of Ukraine. All the cultural initiatives have a great benefit to protect the interests of Ukraine, and for the formation of its positive image.
