Abstract
Artykuł jest poświęcony roli przywództwa w rozwijaniu i utrwalaniu procesów innowacyjnych, które w życiu codziennym firm przybierają formę zarządzania innowacjami. Odwołując się do sześciu elementów L. Morrisa, które są motorem zmian we współczesnym świecie, autor stwierdza, że rozwijanie strategii rozwoju przedsiębiorstw przy wykorzystaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań jest nie tylko dla nich szansą, ale koniecznością w erze cyfryzacji i globalizacji. To wymaga zmian w sposobie funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw, a także nowych kompetencji menedżerów i liderów, obejmujących m.in. takie cechy jak kreatywność, innowacyjność, przedsiębiorczość, umiejętność współpracy, znajomość ICT oraz siła wewnętrzna.
