Polynomial complex Ginzburg-Landau equations in Zhidkov spaces
Journal Title: Математичні Студії - Year 2019, Vol 52, Issue 1
Abstract
We consider the so-called Complex Ginzburg-Landau equations with a polynomial nonlin- earity in the real line. We prove existence results concerned with the initial value problem for these equations in Zhidkov spaces with a new approach using Splitting methods.

Asymptotic behaviour of means of nonpositive M-subharmonic functions
We describe growth and decrease of pth means, 1≤p≤2n−12(n−1), of nonpositive M-subharmonic functions in the unit ball in Cn in terms of smoothness properties of a measure. As consequence we obtain a haracterization of as...
Frechet distance between weighted rooted trees
The aim of this note is to extend the notion of Frechet distance over the set of weighted rooted trees. The weighted trees naturally appear as skeletons of planar domains. The defined distance allows for defining a dista...
Pfluger-type theorem for functions of refined regular growth
Without a priori assumptions on zero distribution we prove that if an entire function f of noninteger order ρ has an asymptotic of the form log|f(reiθ)|=rρhf(θ)+O(rρδ(r)), E∌reiθ→∞, where h is the indicator of f, δ is a...
Convergence analysis of the Gauss-Newton- Potra method for nonlinear least squares problems
In this paper we study an iterative differential-difference method for solving nonlinear least squares problems with nondifferentiable residual function. We have proved theorems which establish the conditions of converge...
Gromov-Frechet distance between curves
The Gromov-Frechet distance is obtained from the Frechet distance between metric curves similarly as the Gromov-Hausdorff distance is obtained from the Hausdorff distance. We prove that the Gromov-Frechet space is separa...
