POPULARITY OF THE TEACHER OF THE FUTURE AT SCHOOL IN THE LIGHT OF PERSONAL NARRATIVE

Abstract
Teachers, through analysis and valuation of their own practices, should constantly modify and perfect their methods of teaching. It might be helpful to use non-standard and innovative methods of valuation. In this way, all activities which are prepared by teachers based on their experience and knowledge, especially in situations of a change, help them get satisfaction and success. In this way, these aims are not just a routine activity. The essence of valuation becomes seeking of the best and most effective methods and ways of valuation. For instance, there are multiple types of contests for teachers which in many cases reach further than just local areas. These types of unformal methods of evaluation of teacher`s work may be significant marker of the progress in teaching, which in the end may lead to add value to formal diagnostics<br/><br/>
