POSSIBLE MODELS OF REGIONAL COMMUNAL ECONOMY ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT ON THE BASIS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP MECHANISMS APPLICATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of choosing the optimal management form of communal enterprises. The dependence of the further development of the industry by attracting capacity of non-governmental institutions is investigated. Author refines the concept of public-private partnerships exactly in Ukrainian housing and communal services. The existing experience of application the possible models of developing housing and communal enterprises of the country regions is summarized. The necessity of applying certain criteria for selecting the optimal form of public-private partnership in housing and communal services is substantiated. A couple of recommendations for development of relations between public and private sectors in the communal sector are offered.
