POST-MORTEM DONATION IN UKRAINE AND RUSSIAN FEDERATION: COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article reveals the main problematic provisions of the legislation of Ukraine and the Russian Federation concerning post-mortem organ donation. The result of conducted comparative legal analysis of the legislations of both countries is the necessity of reforming legislation about in the area of post-mortem organ donation in Ukraine and in the Russian Federation.
