Power Saving Management in Engineering Enterprises in Terms of Lack of their Funding

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to investigate the effective management of energy-saving measures in the conditions of lack of funding for enterprises. Application of methodological approaches to economic support for the effective use of energy resources on the basis of economic-mathematical methods allowing to improve planning of energy efficiency programs, which contributes to a set of energy efficiency measures at the plant and leads to the achievement of the greatest economic benefit. Guidelines for the optimization allocation of investment in energy-saving measures can also be proposed for implementation in the enterprises of other branches of engineering after additional changes.
