PRACTICAL ADVICES OF NON-PROFIT TRASNPORT DOMESTIC ANIMALS IN THE TERRITORY OF EUROPEAN UNION – LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article was presented a practical approach to the non-profit transport of domestic animals in the territory of European Union. Authors tried to create a kind of tutorial which would facilitate decisions associated with the animal transport. The article was focused on various aspects from the type of document that should an animal get, through the detailed rules for the animal identification, to requirements and restrictions connected with transport imposed by some Member States of the European Union. The article aims to provide a comfortable transport for both the owner and the animal. It should presented how to make the transport in a legal way to avoid unpleasant consequences.
