PRACTICAL TRAINING OF FACILITATORS FOR AVIATION SAFETY SPECIALISTS, FEATURES AND TYPES

Abstract
Abstract. At the moment, due to the rapid scientific and technological development, the theoretical basis for the training of specialists of aviation industry, in particular future staff of the aviation security service, is subject to constant updating. That is why a young specialist, starting his professional activity, must go through a number of problems that are related to: uncertainty in his own actions; the inability to use theoretical material and practical skills in the process of professional activity; unpreparedness before the beginning of professional activity at the psychological level of the personality of the cadet. Failure to resolve the above-mentioned problems of cadets in the process of professional training in the future can lead to confusion and the rapid adoption of incorrect decisions in stressful situations in the workplace, which can lead to negative consequences. Modern professional training should focus on the formation of a competent specialist. The future specialist should have not only profound theoretical knowledge, but also professional skills and abilities. Thanks to the practical activities play a key role in the training process, the cadet masters the future profession. The article deals with flying educational institutions, which are trained by modern highly qualified aviation specialists. The main focus of the study is the study of practical training on the example of future specialists in aviation security. In the curriculum of the flight academy for aviation security specialists, there are the following types of practical training: educational practice (familiarization practice), professional practice and technological practice. In our opinion, the practical training of future aviation security specialists is the approach of the students to the specialty by consolidating the theoretical material, improving the practical skills and abilities, and maximizing adaptation in the workplace. Today, to have perfect theoretical training is not enough, it is necessary to be able to apply knowledge directly in real professional life. Having carefully studied the curriculum for the preparation of bachelors of future aviation security specialists, in particular regarding their practical training, several amendments were proposed to improve the existing curriculum, namely, to increase the number of hours for practical training of future aviation security specialists.
