Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the issue to bring to account for viola- tions of competition law in the form of anticompetitive concerted actions. The critical moments are not only the system of application of bringing to the account for the in fin- gers, but also the mechanism of disclose and proof of the facts of the coordinated behavior of business entities, which is anticompetitive. The article considers mechanisms of application of the system of mitigation and release from responsibility for the data of the offense. The latest changes in domestic legislation in connection with the implementation of European Union legislation in the Ukrainian legislation through the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union have been analyzed.
