PRELIMINARY OBSERVATIONS ON THE LITTLE ICE AGE IN ROMANIA

Abstract
We have consulted several sources of information (chronicles and diaries) on the climate of the three Romanian Countries (Wallachia, Moldavia and Transylvania) during the 14th – 18th centuries and have found some characteristics of the Little Ice Age in the eastern part of Europe.
